At Superbloc, we stand behind the quality of our botanical defense products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with your Superbloc product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligible Returns
- Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Safety seals must remain intact and unopened (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Items must be unused
- Original packaging is preferred but not required
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Products with opened safety seals - For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products where the safety seal has been broken or removed
- Products that have been fully consumed
- Items showing signs of misuse or damage beyond normal testing
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email support@superbloc.com with your order number and reason for return
- Receive Authorization: We'll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions within 2 business days
- Ship Your Return: Package securely and ship to the address provided
- Get Your Refund: Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account after we process the refund.
Return Shipping
- Defective or Wrong Items: We cover return shipping costs
- Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Canadian Returns: We provide prepaid return labels for Canadian customers
- International Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping; customs fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange products for a different variant or product of equal value. Please indicate your exchange preference when contacting us.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@superbloc.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Important: If you discover a product is defective after opening the safety seal, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate defective product claims on a case-by-case basis, even if the seal has been opened.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, if the order hasn't shipped, we'll do our best to accommodate cancellation requests.
